Availability at Riverside

There are several Internet options available at Riverside:

• Fast Wave — this connection is through the Riverside cable system.  A $50 subscription is required.  You will need a modem (available from the office for $99.95, or if you have a modem that worked with previous cable Internet services at Riverside, you can use that.)  Fast Wave is available throughout the park. • Skyweb WiFi — this service is available throughout the park over the parks WiFi towers.  A subscription ranging from $29.95 to $34.95 is required.  Skyweb Information.
  
  
• Century Link — this DSL service is available over the phone lines in the park.  This service is $55/month.  There are no phone lines at the new premium sites or in the Lakes, so this service is not an option there,  Century Link Contact.
  
  
• Cell phone providers — your cellular provider likely has options available.  When comparing, watch for data caps, or caps that limit your level of service.
  
  
• Satellite Internet — HughesNet currently charges $49.99/month in Arcadia plus equipment purchase or lease for 15 Mbps download speeds.  Starlink currently charges $120/month for permanent service ($150/month for mobile service) plus $599 + S&H for equipment.  Viasat charges $69.99/month (after 3 months)

In Case of Emergency 

CLICK HERE to print an Emergency Information Form to keep in your Rig. On this form list your home address & Riverside Site #, emergency contacts, allergies, medical conditions, etc.  Update this form every 6 months & date it.

Many people keep this completed form on their refrigerator or somewhere safe where it can be quickly found.  Having this information available in an emergency could save your life.

You can pick up a paper copy in the office.
